“Leadership Off The Wall”Lesson Application from Linda Sasser

Remember the old saying, “If these walls could talk.” Well, as John points out in this month’s message, they do talk! What are yours saying?

 

So what do your office walls say about you?  How do they influence and motivate your team? What do visitors think when they walk through your office? Do your walls tell your story, and do they represent your passion toward the culture you’re after?

 

Four Walls Marketing is a concept that emphasizes the importance of marketing inside your walls. Your four walls represent the reality of your culture.  Here are some checkpoints:

How would I describe the culture of your office if I walked through it today? If I were a potential employee considering your job offer, what would I visually see that would make me want to work there? Do your walls help inspire the team to work hard towards the company vision?

 

Let your walls be a part of supporting the culture you are after. Here are some examples to help you with applying this concept.
