This month, John Maxwell sits down with Microsoft Chief Operating Officer, Kevin Turner.  Turner is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Microsoft's worldwide sales, marketing, and services organization. In addition to driving sales and marketing programs, Turner manages the online advertising sales organization and corporate support organizations.
