Now that we’ve completed parts one and two of John’s High Maintenance lessons, I’d like for us to evaluate our maintenance meter. As leaders, we can all be a bit high maintenance in one area or another. It may be a blind spot that we don’t see.
For our application, let’s quickly touch on each maintenance area and analyze whether we are low or high maintenance on the specific issue.
