Wayne Hoover currently serves as the Director of Field Operations, Southwest Region, for Chick-fil-A. Wayne joined Chick-fil-A as a team member at Oglethorpe Mall while in high school. He then became an operator in 1985 and later joined the home office staff as a business consultant. Wayne became DFO in 1999, and has served Chick-fil-A for now 26 years. Wayne shared what Chick-fil-A means to him, his passions, and some leadership "nuggets" with us!
