The Maximum Impact Club (MIC) Lesson is a monthly mentoring resource from Dr. John C. Maxwell. Each month Dr. Maxwell releases a new leadership development lesson package. In addition to the audio training, which can be streamed or downloaded to listen to later, lesson notes in PDF format are also available to help you as you learn. A "Leadership in Action" application piece is included that walks you through how to put the lesson into action during the month, and a selected group of related audio files from Dr. Maxwell are made available as a part of the package, as well.
Club members have access to the past two year's worth of lessons, notes, and application pieces online.
