In what formats will I receive content from the Maximum Impact Club (MIC)?
Audio, video, and written content, as well as periodic mailings and other perks. All of the audio and video is available in streaming media using a Flash player, and some will be occasionally available for download.

I don't have Flash. How can I view the content?
All the content within the site is in Flash format, so you'll need to download the free Flash Player in order to view/listen to the media. Click here to download the most recent version of Flash.

Will I be able to download all the content?
Because of copyright laws and agreements with our content providers, we are able to allow all media to be streamed, but not all media to be downloaded.

How much content will I have access to?
New content is uploaded every month. As a club member you will have access to content in the following ways...

GiANT Impact reserves to right to add/remove additional content to ensure the highest level of quality in your mentoring experience.

How will I know when new perks or content are added to the MIC website?
We email members each month to inform them of all the new additions.

Can I share my MIC login and password with my team?
Your MIC membership is not transferrable and is designed to be used by only one person. If you'd like more people on your team to be able to use the site, contact us at clubs@giantimpact.com for Group Rates.

Can I get a refund for my MIC subscription?
You can cancel your membership at any time. Annual subscribers will receive a credit for the remaining months on the membership; quarterly subscriptions will be flagged to expire at the end of the term and will not auto renew.
